   The proposed building material mart will have total building area of 37,000 square meters, including 32,000 square meters for light-steel sheds, 42,000 square meters for shops and 700 square meters for supporting services, complete with information center, monitoring equipment, fire fighting equipment and greeneries, with total land area of 150mu. An investor is sought for joint development of the project.
   Annual operating income is forecasted at RMB 20 million and annual profit at RMB 6 million.
