Project scale: a three-star hotel with planned land area of 10,000 square meters.
   Xizhou Town is an industry-featured town in Xianghan County. The town is fairly known in the province and even in the country. The industrial economy of the town has seen on-year-year increase of 45% for the last few years. In order to meet the needs of growing industrial economy and modernize the town, a three-star hotel is proposed. The 10-story hotel, as a foreign tourist reception facility, will occupy a land area of 10,000 square meters, including 2,000 square meters for parking space. A foreign investor is sought for joint development of the project. The project will start its construction within one year of conclusion of cooperation agreement and be completed and put into operation within two years.

Annual operating income is forecasted at RMB 25 million and annual profit at RMB 10 million.
