   Project scale: a multi-function business center with land area of 40mu and building area of 50,000mu.
   The eastern new urban district of Ningbo, where the project is located, will become an upscale, prosperous and beautiful urban district. The business center will be designed by a first rate domestic design institute and aim at high standard of layout and construction and high standard of management. With a main building of at least 24 stories, the business center will combine the functions of hotel, office, business and shopping. When built, it will become the landmark of the eastern new urban district.

  Annual operating income is forecasted at RMB 80 million and annual profit at RMB 20 million.

   Founded in 1992, Yuyao Economic Development is one of the provincial-level economic development zone approved by Zhejiang Provincial Government. The Zone is made up of three blocks, respectively located in the west, south and east of urban Yuyao, occupying a planned area of 23.12 sq. km. The newly developed Eastern New District, covering 9.1 sq. km, has all functional facilities for industry, residence, commerce, leisure, warehousing, culture, education, health, roads and squares. It has a greens coverage rate of more than 40%, suitable for building an eco-type community and green industry park. The Administrative Committee of Yuyao Economic Development Zone, a competent organization under the municipal government, is charged with the development and management of the Zone.

   The project is advantageously located in the northwest of urban Yuyao, close to China Light Industry City and China Plastic City, crossed by the extension of expressway and the city's main roads. The East City New District will put in RMB 1 billion to build the infrastructures like road, power supply, communication, sewage, water supply facility and land leveling.
