   Project scale: occupying total land area of 15460 square meters.
   The project intends to expand the present Orient Pearl Entertainment Co., Ltd. into an international five-star hotel. The hotel will have total building area of 43000 square meters and basement area of 10200 square meters, with main building being 28 stories, floor area ratio 3.2, building density 38% and greens ratio 25%.  

Annual operating income is forecasted at RMB 150 million and annual profit at RMB 17 million.
