   Project scale: introduction of common/high grade 15 4S shops.
   The project is located in the Investment Pioneer Center of Yinzhou District, west of Xiaying Road. It intends to introduce some 15 common or high grade auto 4S shops, with individual investment above USD 8 million. The project occupies a land area of 211mu as planned.
   Automobile has become a main consumer product in China. As a city with high disposable income, Ningbo has the fast increasing automobile sales, with 300 new cars hitting the road each day. The situation has attracted domestic and overseas auto manufacturers to invest in Ningbo. The 4S shop is a now accepted by auto sellers as a mode of auto sales and they are gradually spreading such shops to the outskirts of Ningbo.

    The Foreign Investment Promotion Bureau of Yinzhou District, a special department under Yinzhou District Government, is responsible for development, liaison, negotiation and related service for project.

Project location & geographic advantage

   The project has obvious advantage of location in that it sits close to the eastern new urban district of Ningbo, the new urban district of Yinzhou and Dongqian Lake Holiday Resort. It is also adjacent to the rising business strip along Century Avenue, the main road linking Ningbo to the southeast regions. The site has convenient transportations also for its proximity to the eastern entrance of the expressway. A 4S shop here will definitely mean handsome profit margin.
