   Project scale: covering land area of 500m and water area of 107 hectares as planned.
   In overall utilization of the beautiful Sunhu Reservoir and surrounding hills and with support from necessary infrastructure, the project intends to build a comprehensive scenic tourist resort that combines the functions of sightseeing, leisure, meeting, recreation and national defense education, a “backyard” or “amusement park” of Ningbo. The scope of project includes the fun fair scenery, Sunhu water world, training camp, national defense education base, Sunhu conference center, Sunhu maple garden and so on.
   Annual operating income is estimated at RMB 130 million and annual profit at RMB 40 million by year 2010.

Project location & geographic advantage

   The project is located in Jiangbei District of Ningbo, just out of the busy downtown area, but with direct access to downtown Ningbo via Jiangbei Avenue and Ningbo-Yuyao highway. The prospective tourist highway leading to Baoguo Temple will pass by the site on the south.
