    Project scale ： development of 238-hectare touristy area.

   Hua'ao Island is situated over the front waters of Sanmen Bay in Xiangshan County and covers a land area of 12.62 square meters. The project mainly concerns the development of three scenic blocks: the Great Buddha country scenery area, the eco-type tourist area and the regional science themed tourist area. It also includes the launch of island feature collection, which comprises island sceneries, island holidays, island exploration and island food. The project aims to build Hua'ao Island into a leisure and holiday resort featuring island and perennial greens, a new and famous tourist attraction in Ningbo or even Zhejiang. According to plan, the project will receive 80,000 tourists annually by 2007 and over 200,000 tourists annually from 2008 to 2010.

   Annual sales is forecasted at RMB139.5 million and annual profit at RMB83.7 million.
