With China's entry into the WTO, the Chinese home electric appliance will inevitably look to the world. To save cost, many overseas manufacturers are buying small home appliance from China or simply setting up their manufacturing facility in China. The project intends to introduce the international advanced manufacturing process and utilize the local low-cost resources to develop small home appliance. It should have a good market outlook.

Founded in 1992, Yuyao Economic Development is one of the provincial-level economic development zone approved by Zhejiang Provincial Government. The Zone is made up of three blocks, respectively located in the west, south and east of urban Yuyao, occupying a planned area of 13.12 sq. km. The newly developed Eastern New District, covering 9.1 sq. km, has all functional facilities for industry, residence, commerce, leisure, warehousing, culture, education, health, roads and squares. It has a greens coverage rate of more than 40%, suitable for building an eco-type community and green industry park. The Administrative Committee of Yuyao Economic Development Zone, a competent organization under the municipal government, is charged with the development and management of the Zone. |

The project is advantageously located in the northwest of urban Yuyao, close to China Light Industry City and China Plastic City, crossed by the extension of expressway and the city's main roads. The East City New District will put in RMB 1 billion to build the infrastructures like road, power supply, communication, sewage, water supply facility and land leveling. |
