The Chinese enterprise hopes to cooperate with a noted overseas firm of good technological and financial standing by setting up a joint venture. The joint venture will focus on development and manufacturing of intelligent invert central air conditioner. The foreign partner is expected to provide support in finance and technology and introduce new business management ideas to the joint venture. The foreign partner is also expected to hold less than 50 ％ equities in the joint venture. The air conditioner industry is relatively mature in China and competitions are fierce, but the high-end air conditioners may still expect a good market.
Annual sales income is forecasted at RMB 125 million and annual profit at RMB 15 million. |
