After a dozen years of development, the company has the trained technical team, rigorous quality control system and sound after-sales service. Presently the company employs 124 people, including 46 postgraduates, bachelors or associate college graduates. Technical personnel with intermediate or senior titles total 36, respectively making up 37% and 29% of total employees. In order to expand production and better serve production, the company is erecting the new factory buildings. In 2004, the company realized sales of USD 6 million.
