   Project scale: covering a land area of 250mu.
   The project is to be located in the north of Xinzha Village of Xinpu. It will need to acquire a land of 25mu and involve estimated investment of USD 24 million. The plant will treat 1000 ton of domestic refuse a day and produce approximately 35,000 ton of organic fertilizer a year. The production process will feature automatic sorting of refuse and micro-organism fermentation for production of organic fertilizer.
   Annual operating income is forecasted at RMB 42.17 million and annual profit at RMB 11.35 million.
